Our History
OCMD Property Rights was founded after the short term rental ordinance went into effect with the objective of overturning the ban.
A small group of property owners and concerned citizens came together to acquire the signatures needed for our petition to overturn the ban that would negatively affect our communities and relations with our short term rental guests who have been vacationing with us for over 50 years! Please help us keep traditions alive. Vote to overturn the ban.

Eight out of ten residents in Ocean City gladly signed our the petition often mentioning how much they enjoy the good energy our short term renters bring not to mention the positive economic impact for our beautiful beach town.
